You have been given two options.
There is a third.

Upgrade your lifestyle. Skip the renovation bill.

Monevations works with owners of buildings larger than their household. We explore whether the levels you don’t use can become new residences — funding the renovation and outward extension of the part you keep. Where the building allows, one of those new residences can be yours, to keep, rent, or sell.

Don’t move. Don’t just renovate. Monevate.

Each door costs you something. Here is what each one asks for.

Door 01

Renovate

Spend money you may not have on a home that is still bigger than you need.

Costs: money you may not have

Same footprint — higher cost

Door 02

Sell

Unlock the value, but give up the property — and maybe the neighborhood you love.

Costs: the address

All of it leaves

Door 03 — a Monevation

Monevate

Keep the home you want. Unlock the space you don’t.

Costs: the upper levels, and time away

Two outcomes, one building

Before & after

One building, read two ways.

A right-sized home — and new residences

  • A renovated home, sized to how you actually live — and where the property allows, extended outward.
  • New residences created from the space you don’t use.
  • One team coordinating the whole project, start to finish.
  • Construction, approvals, and professionals funded by Monevations — at no cost to you.
  • Where the property allows, a further residence that belongs to you — to keep, rent, or sell.

What a Monevation costs you.

The home you keep is smaller.

A Monevation gives up the upper levels for good. What you keep is smaller than the whole building you started with — and better than the part you were living in.

You have to move out.

You receive a monthly relocation allowance for the time you are away, agreed in writing before construction begins.

Not every property qualifies.

Feasibility depends on zoning, development rights, building code, approvals, legal structure, construction feasibility, financing, market conditions, and project economics.

How do you Monevate?

Four stages. The first one costs you nothing but a conversation.

Stage 01

Explore

We evaluate your property and determine what may be possible.

Stage 02

Design

We develop a plan around the home you want to keep and the space that may be transformed.

Stage 03

Transform

Monevations coordinates approvals, professionals, relocation, construction, and development.

Stage 04

Come Home

Return to a newly renovated residence designed around the way you live today.

What could your home become?

Tell us the address and roughly how much of the building you use. If a Monevation cannot work there, you will hear that early.
